Hi, i’m fritha, i own Ferro PILATES and fitness, providing Newcastle upon tyne and Tyneside based Weightlifting, Strength, pilates and yoga teaching.

I teach in community spaces, universities, schools and gyms across the north east. With over 20 years coaching, 30 years COMPETITIVE experience including national titles, as well as a lifetime managing my own injuries and autoiMmune arthritis diagnosis i am here to help you understand your body, move well, perform with confidence and feel better…

In a ferro pilates class you will explore the FOUNDATIONAL 34 pilates MOVEMENTS as created by Joe Pilates via both classical and CONTEMPORARY mat routines to help you find your strength, balance, flexibility and core athleticism. You dont need SPECIAL clothes, expensive equipMent or perfect bodies for pilates!

When you train with me in weightlifting or strength work you will benefit from my ATTENTION to detail, performance coaching and COMPETITIVE EXPERIENCE, a deep understanding of how DIFFERENT bodies can work optimally and a practical approach To your training.
